Amy joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital in October 2020. Before joining All Creatures, Amy worked at multiple emergency and general practice hospitals as a surgical veterinary technician. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures, performing professional dental cleanings and dental radiographs, and providing exceptional patient care. Amy is also Fear Free Certified for dogs, cats, and birds, allowing her to minimize stress and create a more positive experience for her patients. She has also spent time working with animal rescues, where she trained and cared for dogs.
Amy’s attention to detail, ability to quickly assess emergencies, expertise in exotic animal handling, and experience working with aggressive and fearful animals make her an invaluable member of our team. Her dedication to patient safety and compassionate care ensures every pet receives the highest quality treatment.
Amy says she enjoys working at All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital because everyone takes pride in the work they perform. The staff has a great time together while providing the best medical care possible.
When Amy is not at the hospital, she is busy at home caring for her two dogs, three cats, five leopard geckos, multiple crested geckos, a bearded dragon, one uromastyx lizard, and four snakes. In her free time, Amy enjoys hiking, building LEGO® flower sets, working out, collecting plants, and watching Formula Drift.
