Jessica Da Silva joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2019. Jessica is excited to be working for the first time in the animal health-related field. Jessica’s bubbly personality is a perfect fit for our front desk. Her primary responsibilities are to greet clients, answer phones, and make appointments.

At home, Jessica lives with Zoey, her Border Collie Mix, and Luna, her Shepard Mix. When she is not at the hospital, she loves hanging out with her friends, camping, hiking, and going to concerts.

Tanya Kudlacik joined the staff at All Creatures Great and Small in December 2018. Her extensive customer service experience and a great love for animals makes her a wonderful employee! Tanya’s primary responsibilities are to greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments and surgeries. Tanya enjoys interacting with clients and making them feel “at home” in our hospital.

Tanya is a Co-Founder of Brick City Rescue, which was established in August 2017. She has two dogs of her own, Tatum and Bolo, who are both Pitbulls. When not working at the hospital, Tanya enjoys hiking, camping, and going to the beach with her 2 sons. She really enjoys outdoor activities where her dogs can be included!

Ny’Asia joined the front desk staff of All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital in September 2023 as a customer service representative. Her primary responsibilities are making appointments for clients, organizing office supplies and medications, and helping clients when they call the office with questions.

Before joining the All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital’s team, Ny’Asia worked at Petco and was a volunteer for Miss Patt’s Cats, a cat adoption agency. Ny’Asia likes working in a hospital setting because she gets to see all different types of animals and learn about caring for them. She is currently studying animal science at a local school.

During her free time, Ny’Asia takes care of her Syrian Hamster, Teddy, and likes to read books and bake.

Hospital Manager

Corey Boone joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in September 2023 as the Hospital Manager. Corey has been working in the animal care field since 2011. He has an extensive background in dog training and dog handling and has worked at several animal care facilities between New York and New Jersey. Corey enjoys interacting with clients and making sure they are comfortable with all aspects of their pet’s health care.

In previous practices, Corey was the liaison between customer care representatives and medical staff. Corey understands that a hospital’s positive culture and client satisfaction starts with the administration. He recognizes the importance of the relationship between all staff members of a hospital and notes “unity” of the staff as being the key to a hospital’s success. “The unity at this hospital is contagious and motivating” and he’s looking forward to leading a great team.

When not managing the staff at All Creatures, Corey enjoys spending his free time with his wife, son and their Pitbull, Layla. He has a knack for writing poetry and just loves to be with the ones he loves. Corey also enjoys basketball, football, and cooking. He’s a major foodie and loves to try new places in the area.

Christiana joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2017. Christiana is our hospitals lead veterinary technician. Her main responsibilities are to assist doctors in routine procedures, prepare patients for surgeries, monitor anesthetized patients, and oversee post-operative care. Christiana loves working with the staff at All Creatures Great and Small because it makes her feel good knowing that she’s helping the staff deliver the best possible care for its patients.

Christiana holds a BS in criminology from The College of New Jersey. Before working at All Creatures Great and Small, Christiana worked at a doggie daycare center.

During her time off, Christiana enjoys knitting, hiking, and going to the beach. She also loves to spend time with her Pitbull mix, Penny.

Chantell joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in June 2017. Chantell ‘s main responsibilities are helping doctors during appointments, running blood work and prepping patients for procedures. Chantell really enjoys assisting doctors during surgery and calming animals down during and after appointments.

Chantell has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University and is also bilingual in Spanish.  She has been working in the animal care field for 5 years and her previous experience includes working at an animal shelter and making housecalls.  She also has experience with small animal medicine and emergency medicine.

When not working at All Creatures Great and Small, Chantell enjoys working out, playing racquetball, going to Broadway shows, and walking her dog. Chantell lives at home with her 15 year old Dachshund, Buffy, her 3 year old DSH tiger cat, Angel, and her 1 year old tortie DSH cat, Willow.

Julian joined the staff at All Creatures Great and Small in November 2019. His main duties at the hospital are to support the medical team during all types of visits. Julian has a “can-do” attitude and likes working at the hospital because everyone is patient and willing to show and teach him new procedures.

When not working at the hospital, Julian takes care of all his animals- 4 dogs, chickens, snakes, tarantulas, lizards, Guinee pigs, rabbit, tortoise, and fish. He also likes to visit the mall or new exotic pet stores.

Edwin has been a part of the All Creatures Great and Small veterinary technician team since August of 2015. He has spent over 15 years in the animal care field and has previously worked at Madison Animal Hospital and NJ Pets.

Being able to help sick pets get better and giving owners peace of mind is what Edwin enjoys most about his job. As a veterinary technician, Edwin helps with everything from bringing clients and patients to rooms to taking x-ray and running in-house bloodwork.

In Edwin’s spare time he likes to pet sit, snow board, take trips to the beach and spend time with family and friends. Edwin is the owner of a Rottweiler named Cody and a French Bulldog named Drama.

Caren, Fairfield, NJ Veterinary Technician

Caren joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in May 2023 as a veterinary technician. Some of Caren’s responsibilities include administering treatments, assisting during surgical and dental procedures, and monitoring patients under anesthesia. Caren’s ability to communicate with clients, assess their concerns, and work in stressful situations makes her an integral part of our medical team.

Caren has been working with animals for 25 years and has an extensive background in the animal health field. In addition to being a veterinary technician at other hospitals, Caren has also worked at a facility that provided boarding, training, and grooming services.

Caren says she loves working at All Creatures because “we truly are a family! We have a comradery that exceeds expectations! We are all always willing to jump in and help each other with patients and treatments. We truly all enjoy working together and are proud of what we do!”

In Caren’s free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, cooking, crafting, and taking care of her 2 Alaskan Malamutes and 3 fancy rats.

Jessica joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital in August 2023. Jessica’s primary responsibilities involve assisting in patient care and making sure clients are fully educated on their pet’s wellness or treatment plans. Jessica loves that the staff at All Creatures is very close and works well as a team to ensure patients are advocated for and given proper care.

Jessica is a graduate of Stockton University and is currently enrolled in St. George’s Veterinary School. While at Stockton, Jessica was the founding secretary of the Stockton Pre-Vet Club and took part in Loop Abroad which is a study abroad program involving animal care. Jessica also works per diem as an emergency room veterinary technician at Absecon Veterinary Hospital.

At home, Jessica is mom to a Pitbull/Bulldog mix named Finn, a cat named Angel, and Leo, a leopard gecko. During her free time, Jessica enjoys reading, writing, playing and watching soccer, traveling and scuba diving!

Amy joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in October 2020. Before joining All Creatures, Amy worked at multiple emergency and general practice hospitals as a surgical veterinary technician. She also spent time working with rescues where she would train and care for dogs. Amy’s attention to detail, her ability to quickly assess emergencies, her knowledge and handling skills of exotic animals, and her training of how to work with aggressive/fearful animals makes her an asset to our team.

Amy says she enjoys working at All Creatures because everyone takes pride in the work they perform. The staff has a great time together, while providing the best medical care they can.

When Amy is not at the hospital, she is busy at home caring for her 2 dogs, 3 cats, 5 leopard geckos, multiple crested geckos, a bearded dragon, 1 uromastyx lizard, and 4 snakes. Amy loves to go hiking, build Lego Flowers, workout, collect plants, crochet, and watch Formula Drift.

Mahasah Wheeler joined the staff of All Creatures Great and Small in January 2024. Mahasah is a part time Veterinary Assistant, who loves to work with cats and enjoys assisting in exam rooms, the operating room, as well as at the front desk.

When Mahasah is not working at the hospital, she enjoys taking care of her cat named Cleo, gaming with friends and working on her Lego sets.
